A weekend with Bare Energetics
Laura Pasacreta with Bare Energetics has been facilitating spiritual retreats and transformational gatherings since 2015, guiding people through gentle, soul-led metamorphosis and embodiment through sound, cacao, and flower essences.
She trained initially as an archaeologist and in the 2010s as an herbalist, flower essence practitioner and Pranic healer. Her work centers on the reunion of body, mind, and soul — a return to the Temple within — to rediscover innate gifts, align with purpose, and lead with clarity and soul authority.
Meet your host - Carrie Scollon
The FoundHer Retreat 2026 is designed as a space where women can exhale, reconnect, and be deeply supported in the midst of real life and real growth.
Carrie is known for the way she holds space with honesty, warmth, and intuition, creating an environment where meaningful conversations unfold naturally and women feel safe to be fully seen.
As part of the retreat experience, Carrie will lead a special session called What’s Your Story? — an exploration of the timelines, turning points, and defining moments that have shaped who we are today. Together, participants will reflect on the chapters that formed them, uncover the narratives they may be ready to rewrite, and reconnect with the deeper truth of who they’re becoming.

Mini Intuitive Gifts + Purpose Session
A mini 30 minute 1:1 session to illuminate your natural gifts and purpose in life. Through intuitive channeling, Laura will uncover your intuitive gifts and how you’re uniquely designed to feel, see, and serve in this world—bringing clarity to your path in life, love, and purpose.
Floating Sound Bath
Float into deep restoration in this immersive poolside sound journey. Supported by soft layers and water beneath you, Laura guides you through a heart-opening meditation while sound frequencies from bowls, drums, and chimes gently bring you back into your body. Weather Permitting.
Cacao Ceremony
A sacred, heart-opening cacao ritual featuring ceremonial cacao from Costa Rica. This guided experience with Laura includes intention setting, guided cacao ceremony, and a flower essence bar to support your personal integration.
What’s Your Story
A guided experience exploring the moments, memories, and milestones that have influenced the woman you are today. Through reflection and conversation, we’ll look at the patterns, pivots, and personal truths that continue to shape the way we lead, live, and move forward.

I loved it... I loved the whole weekend, the time in between sessions/activities, the ladies were amazing.
I found that even though a lot of us came with someone, we ended up really bonding with complete strangers over just being where we are in our lives!!
The speakers - Loved them... Wine tasting - so incredibly fun!
The lodge and surroundings, in my opinion, are the perfect setting for a retreat like this... away from it all, lots of gathering areas inside and outside to mingle and get to know people.
The food - I think someone said they didn't feel hungry the whole weekend... this is true! You guys did an amazing job of keeping all us ladies fully fed!! I appreciated the care you took to make sure there were options for gluten free and other allergies (PS need the recipe for those GF chocolate chip cookies)
I came away feeling incredibly cherished by you with the time and care that went into every detail!! Thank you.

Kari-Anne truly outdid herself with the food! The food selection was pleasing for every palate. I was able to eat low carb and healthy if I chose to or completely indulge in the candy bowl and desserts. The spreads for every meal and in between left me quite satisfied. There was a wonderful selection of beverages available throughout the weekend which I took full advantage of. Love my fresh hot coffee every morning!
I got to share the pool house with three amazing women, who I am so privileged to call my friends. The pool house is a comfortable space where we could kick back and chill with a glass of wine and some great conversation. We were so respectful of each other that it was only when I got home that it occurred to me that we shared one bathroom with four women! The main lodge is an inviting and warm space. So many nooks where you could snuggle up in a cozy chair or couch and just be. It has a very homey feel.
